Refund Schedule

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled pickup
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 12-24 hours before scheduled pickup
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp at +216 48 149 700 or +216 28 006 009, or email hello@tuni-transfert.com with your booking reference number.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For credit card payments, the timing depends on your bank's processing times.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear at the pickup location within the free waiting period, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure

In case of flight cancellations, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond your control, we may offer flexible rescheduling or full refunds at our discretion.

Modifications

Booking modifications (date, time, location) are allowed up to 24 hours before pickup at no additional cost, subject to vehicle availability.
