Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment can be made via cash to the driver, bank transfer, or credit card. Prices are quoted in EUR and fixed at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. 50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup. No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup.

3. Waiting Time

60 minutes free waiting time for airport pickups, 15 minutes for other pickups. Additional waiting time may be charged at the driver's discretion.

4. Luggage Policy

Standard luggage allowance applies based on vehicle type. Additional luggage may require vehicle upgrade. Oversized items must be specified at booking.

5. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for being at the pickup location on time. Drivers will wait for the specified free waiting period. No-shows will be charged in full.

6. Vehicle Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher category in case of mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, or government restrictions.
